Mr. Ediberto López-Rodríguez is a Senior Associate of Ferraiuoli LLC.

Mr. Ediberto López-Rodríguez brings over nine years of experience in the regulatory arena, specializing in Corporate and Tax Planning, Employee Benefits, Consulting and Compliance.
His principal areas of practice include corporate, tax and employee benefits, where he advices and represents clients regarding tax matters, tax planning and particularly regulatory compliance. Mr. López is highly skilled in the preparation of tax forms, and the design of tax-efficient structures and compliance work, for corporations, partnerships, estates and individuals.

He also represents clients before multiple governmental dependencies and agencies, including the preparation and filing of closing agreements, ruling request and the filing of administrative complaints to object tax liens or impositions. Additionally, Mr. López has experience with the pre-filing, filing and compliance of agreements under the multiple Incentive Acts (Act 73, Act 20 and Act 22).

Mr. López-Rodríguez is also a Public Notary.
