Specialized practice in Criminal Law, where I have litigated in cases from drug possession to first degree murder. Known for the renowned and controversial case of Pueblo vs. Christian Serrano Chang.

Vast experience in the Labor Law practice, including wrongful termination, Title VII cases, age discrimination, collective bargaining and arbitration, whistleblowers/retaliation claims and Union campaigns.

Since 2015, I have included in my practice the study of all subjects related to Medical Marijuana and the industry that surrounds it.
