María Cecilia Santos-MartínezMaría Cecilia is an Associate at the Corporate Department of Pietrantoni Méndez & Álvarez LLC.

She advises clients in matters related to general corporate law, contracts, hospitality, mergers and acquisitions, capital structuring and reorganizations, among others.

Prior to joining Pietrantoni Méndez & Álvarez LLC, María Cecilia was an associate at the Corporate Department of another major firm in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Before that, she worked as a mechanical engineer for an aerospace services company located in Isabela, Puerto Rico. She is a certified Engineer-In-Training.
